The Zoom Huddle is position-specific football instruction for youth flag or tackle players ages 8-14: The goal: Build education and confidence and make it fun! Using position-specific NFL player highlights, vivid exhibits, compelling data and fun facts, these interactive sessions will establish how great wide receivers train, practice, compete and outwit opponents — and you can do the same.

THE MENTAL PLAYBOOK

The Mental Playbook sessions will focus on mental mastery (dealing with high pressure situations during the game, overcoming stressful situations on and off the field, getting in the zone and mentally preparing for games) through visualizations and breathwork, increasing throwing accuracy and catching frequency through vision exercises and increasing flexibility with specific football mobility exercises.
