Water breaks are taken after every active session, and campers may take water or rest at any time.

What to Bring?
- Half-day camps, bring a snack and drinks.
- Full-day camps, pack a lunch and drinks.
- Allergy Note: No nut/peanut products.
- Dress in Athletic Shoes and Athletic Shorts.
- Refillable water bottle filled w/ name on it.
- Sunscreen
- Gym Shoes (mandatory for indoor)
- Cleats (optional but recommended)
Camp Logistics
- Location & Times: Check your email confirmation or camp schedule.
- First Day Check-In: Opens 45 minutes before camp. Parent/guardian must walk camper through.
- Drop Off (Tues–Fri): Up to 15 minutes before start.
- Pick Up: Right at camp end (see schedule). Parent/guardian required. Coaches can only wait 15 minutes max.
- Exceptions: If you registered for a Next Level Program, you have a later pick up. Specifically, it is 60 minutes after camp concludes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.
- Next Level Programs: You should purchase if you are unable to provide and on-time pick up (up to 15 minutes after camp ends). Call 877-226-9919 for assistance.
Pro Sports Experience Staff
Camp Directors
Camps are led by Professional Football Coaches & Professional Educators from the college and high school ranks. Campers learn to run, throw, catch, defend, and compete the NFL Alumni way. Experienced players are challenged to reach a higher compete level. Newcomers are taught the fundamentals and build confidence. For everyone, it’s about lots of quality reps, good competition, teamwork, and sportsmanship – and that makes it fun!
These outstanding Camp Director educators are the foundation of our day-to-day operations and the key to our program quality.

NFL Alumni Heroes
Learn Football Skills & Life Skills from NFL Alumni Players
Supplemental instruction is provided by NFL Alumni players from your favorite team. NFL Alumni players are fathers and family men that love teaching kids through football. Camps typically enjoy 3 or 4 different NFL Alumni per week.
