SKILL DRILL OF THE WEEK: CONDITIONING

How often do players ask for more conditioning?

Players don’t like conditioning plain and simple, and coaches could use the extra time to work on preparing for this weeks opponent. So why not use a hand-off drill/relay race as your conditioning. When ever we have used this drill the players don’t want to stop. They want to race again!   This is a great drill for ages 6-14.
