9:30 am - Hydration Break Note: Campers are encouraged to re-hydrate anytime they feel the need. Additionally, coaches increase the frequency of hydration breaks based on the weather and intensity of the drills requires. All campers bring a refillable water bottle and they head quickly to the hydration tubs for a fill-up. |
|
9:35am-- Offensive Skills Stations It's roll time. Former Eagles Wide Receive Fred Barnett is on hand. Campers are separated by age and experience level. The morning's focus is Wide Receivers and Tight Ends, so footballs are in the air. Coaches have five stations operating; each led by an adult assistant coach. The program rotates like class rooms in a school. The Accelerated Skills group has an especially quick pace to their program. Campers are getting great instruction and plenty of attempts to get it right. The coaches are vocal and constantly reinforcing the positive moments.

11:10am --Camper Skill Challenges Each day, campers are challenged with the same testing drills NFL stars face. Today they run the 40 yard dash for time. Each camper applies the speed development techniques learned throughout the week. In this case, they compete against themselves (rather than other campers) and hope to improve their personal best. Additionally, campers take on the Punt, Pass and Kick challenge when not participating in the dash. |
