THE BASICS

FULL-DAY HOURS: 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Camps are led by professional, college and high school football coaches.
  • Green Bay Packers Heroes--men that earned their living wearing the Green Bay Packers uniform--provide supplemental instruction.
  • Through non-contact, station-based training, we provide age-appropriate skill development for kids ages 6-14 years old.
  • Kids learn to run, throw, catch, defend, form block, form tackle and explode out of their stance with proper technique and improved speed.
  • Camps feature safe, non-contact football instruction that challenges experienced players and effectively introduces newcomers to the game.
  • We run active camps so kids get multiple chances. With patience and encouragement, kids gain confidence and that's what it's all about.
  • Camps are led by professional, college and high school football coaches.
  • Experts from the field of plyometric training, nutrition or sports psychology provide additional instruction at Five-Day Camps.
  • Camps maintain a 10:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
  • Extended supervision provides safe monitoring of your camper one hour before and one hour after the official camp operating hours.

AGE GROUPS
Campers are divided into groups based on age and experience levels so each receives the highest quality training experience.

  • ages 6-7    Team Rookie
  • ages 8-9    Team Scramblers
  • ages 10-11  Team Red Dog
  • ages 12-14  Team Gridiron

ROOKIE INSTRUCTION (ages 6-7)
Very young athletes should develop fundamental motor skills, gain confidence
and have fun. In addition to fundamental football instruction, Rookies will
participate in other sport activities to develop overall coordination and provide a full
athletic experience.   We teach all playing positions.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION (ages 8-14)
We teach technique, skills and enjoyment for all football playing positions.
We develop athletic skills, including individual passing, running, non-contact
blocking and tackling. And we take pride in creative, effective, age-appropriate curriculum.
Kids will learn to run, throw, catch, defend, form block, form tackle and
explode out of their stance with proper technique and improved speed. We run
active camps so kids get multiple chances. With patience and encouragement, kids
gain confidence and that's what it's all about.

LEADERSHIP AWARD PROGRAM
The greatest players provide confidence and enthusiasm to less skilled athletes. If you are a Packers Camp Leadership Award Winner, you win a very special opportunity.

At each camp, two participants are selected based on their leadership, sportsmanship, enthusiasm and commitment to improve themselves and others.

These Leadership Award Winners will be invited to a Packers preseason home game and introduce to Lambeau Fans as a reward for their commitment to football.
