The camp is very well organized and he is over the moon - he loves the coaches and has enjoyed the experience. He can't stop talking about the helmet game and the exercises - he is having so much fun.

He is having an awesome time!!!! Our dinner conversations are all about what he is learning and how much fun he is having.  This is his 2nd year at the Camp and probably something we will continue to do every summer if at same location (or anywhere nearby).  All the coaches are great to deal with and Coach Joe is absolutely wonderful. My son has been enjoying his time at camp. He says it's a good workout, and it's kept fun by mixing some fun activities between the drills. I like it that when I pick him he's full of sweat, so I know he's getting a workout, which is good with football just around the corner. When football starts, it won't hit him like a ton of bricks, and he should be able to ease into it.

I stopped by the camp for an hour or so yesterday, concerned about the heat, and also a bit interested in the whole thing. I must say, I was very impressed with everything I saw. This camp is organized, instructive, and looks like a well-oiled machine. Each of the coaches was completely engaged, positive, used the kids' names, and encouraging, whether the kids could catch and throw or not. The coach to player ratio was low enough for them to get great instruction and high enough that it felt and looked like team practice. My child is only six so my expectations were low; he genuinely loves football. But honestly, this camp would be a blast for me and my husband, and certainly for a kid of any age. I'm learning with these camps that often, you get what you pay for. This camp is well worth the price tag. And as an aside, Brian and Mike, two of the coaches I met, were both welcoming to me, very friendly, and completely professional. It's clear these coaches take their program and their jobs seriously, and their enthusiasm is contagious. I also met the trainer who is taking great care of these boys, watching the heat and even helping with sun screen reapplication.  I felt my son to be in excellent hands. He got into the car today, and I asked him how camp was. "Great," he replied enthusiastically, followed by the stories of the visiting Giants' player, the meaning of "sack," the guys who can catch long passes. Need I say more?

Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much my son is enjoying this camp.  So often we jump to share the negative but never the positive. From the first day I picked him up he could not say enough about how much he loved the the camp. By the second day he was asking if he could go again next year.  He said that he is learning so much and is really enthusiastic about getting there every morning.  The coaches have been phenomenal with my son and has put me, as a parent, at ease. Not much more you can ask for!!!!

I think it's great they're so tired when they get home. Besides that they are learning so much. They have have been to a few camps before they, but they were position specific or they only play 2 positions. I think this is a better chance for them to grow and learn as players since they are too young to know what position they are best at or even like.

I have three of my players attending The NY Giants Youth Football Camp this session and I have to tell you, I wish all 105 Football participants in our program were attending. Next year I will get the word out sooner to our organization and try get a contingent from our association of at least 20 to 30. The coaches, training staff, and administrators are all top notch and professional. My son is one of the younger campers attending 6 turning 7 in two weeks and he is learning so much! That can be directly attributed to the Camp Director and the 4 other great coaches running the camp.  I can tell you this first hand, because I have been staying to watch the entire practice these first 2 days while my son and his best friend attend there first sports camp experience. Also got to meet Stephen Baker "The touchdown maker" who was a fabulous addition to the camp experience. It's not everyday you get to see a Superbowl ring up close. I guess I can sum it all up by saying I am more than pleased with The NY Giants Youth Football Camp and I am recommending it to every youth football parent I come across.
