CAMP POLICIES FOR 2008 CAMPS
Please be sure to check with us if you have any questions.

Operations
-A parent or guardian must accompany each camper to first day check-in. 
-A parent or guardian is required to pick up the camper at dismissal each day.
-The Release and Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed by a parent or guardian. 
-Participants without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate.

-Pro Sports Experience reserves the right to revise the camper's level choices if the program curriculum does not meet the student's skill level.
- Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any student when it is deemed in the best interest of the camp or the student.
- In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will move outdoor camps activities indoors. We reserve the right to cancel the entire camp day (or any portion of it which remains).  No refunds or credits will be issued for camp days (or portions thereof) canceled on account of inclement weather or rain. The decision to cancel and/or modify a camp rests solely with the management and its head coaches.

Medical
-Camp staff does not administer or store medicine on behalf of campers.
-The camper must be prepared and able to self administer any medicine needed.
-The health director and some camp staff are trained in first aid will take action in the event of an emergency.
-In event your child requires medicine, a self administration of medication form must be completed and on file prior at the start of camp.

Monetary

- Non-negotiable payments will be subject to a $40 service charge.
- There is no payment for unattended camp days. Unattended camp days cannot be transferred to future camps.
- In cases of cancellation before April 18, 2008 a $200 fee will be retained.
- On or after April 18, 2008, in cases of cancellation, we will retain the full registration fee.

Our camps are not a school sponsored program and your school district does not endorse
this activity.
