KEY SKILL DESCRIPTIONS
SKATING: Become explosive in your first three steps. Develop agility and balance (i.e. hockey strength) to battle for loose pucks. Maintain or increase speed when making turns. Develop a long, powerful stride to get away from the pack. |

PUCK CONTROL: Learn heads-up puck handling and passing so you are truly in control of the game. Dramatically improve your puck carrying speed. Elevate passes on the mark. Develop great dekes, escapes and most importantly--puck protection skills. |
SHOOT TO SCORE: It takes courage, balance, vision, confidence and a lightning quick release to score goals. Develop the skills you need to light the lamp more often for your team. |

CHECKING and BODY PLAY: Winning battles and protecting the puck requires great leverage, strength, communication and lots of hustle. We'll teach you the safe and effective way to compete for the puck.
HOCKEY SENSE: Some players are just at the right place at the right time. They make the correct play during critical moments. Somehow, the come up with the loose puck and make things happen. We can help you understand the game.

GOALTENDING: The best goaltenders are good skaters, well conditioned and very athletic.
Our coaches teach fundamental stance, movement, angles, skating, agility, puck control and positive mental belief.
Goaltenders receive daily instruction, fitness training and game competition.
