Director Rich Blakey
Rich Blakey has experienced virtually every aspect the game offers. Currently, Rich is the Development Director for Northbrook Bluehawks programs and Head Coach for the State Champion Glenbrook North JV team.
Rich played and coached at the D-1 college level for UIC. He has experience directing arena operations and engineering new rink developments. More about Coach Blakey |

Director Rafe Aybar
Rafe Aybar enters his seventh year as Supreme Skills Director and his 38th year coaching amateur hockey.
Coach Rafe is legendary and known for his outstanding, systematic breakdown of the skating stride and puck control mechanics.
A private instructor, Rafe directs skill programs for the Wilmette Braves. |

Director Bill Martin
Bill Martin enters his fourth year with our programs and first as FloorHawks Director.
For 21 years, Bill has coached all playing levels and directed five Illinois youth hockey organizations.
Bill has an ideal personality for this new program. He offers innovative and creative skill challenges that make the game fun. |
