We live in Iowa, but he. is staying with his grandparents in Woodridge and he calls home every day right after camp to tell us about his day. He is very, very excited! He says that he is learning a lot, practicing a lot, and having fun. He is thrilled that he gets to play with some boys who are older and was so excited to get Al Harris' autograph today. He is very happy and that means we are, too! Thanks for putting together such a quality program!

The coaches are great! Right off the bat they gave the kids a pep talk. They let them know, what they will learn and what behavior is acceptable. The first morning I drove him to camp, he was so nervous not knowing what to expect. I thought he was so cute. He has a very good attitude when it comes to anything. He gets along well with everyone and gives himself 100% so I wasn't worried. After practice the first day walking back to my car with him, I asked him how the camp was and he said AWESOME with a big smile. Today I picked him up and he said it was better than yesterday, so I guess that is your answer to how things are going. Looking forward to the rest of the week.

My son is having a great time at the camp. He was tired as heck when he got home yesterday, and was again today, but was fired up to go back this morning and I expect the same tomorrow. He thinks it's great that he gets to run all of the same drills for the same length of time as "the big kids." The coaches are doing a fantastic job, very enthusiastic, very coordinated, friendly, and good teachers. I've been lucky enough to work from the field the last couple of days and stay for all of the sessions and I think that all of the kids are having a great time and are improving. Leep up the great work.

I must say, this is the best organized camp either of my children have ever done. My son is very small and tentative. I was a little nervous when he said he wanted to do this camp, but the coaches are so good with the kids. It's gone beyond our expectations!!!

As of day 2 our son loves camp. This is his second year and he could not wait for this session to come. I did pick up yesterday and him and his buddy talked about the day all the way home. They were even discussing the rest of the week's schedule -- preseason, season and playoffs.

He is preparing for the upcoming football season with the West Chicago Wildcats. He likes his coaches and appreciates all the attention that he has been getting. He also gets a big kick out of meeting the Bears players and the autograph sessions. Just as last year - the weather has been very warm and the frequent water breaks and luches inside the air conditioned building are a nice break for the boys. Keep up the good work.

He is loving camp. He came up from Huntsville, AL with his Dad and sister for the camp. When I have talked to him each night, he was so fired up about camp. He even took some of the coaching skills that he observed and applied them at his little cousin's baseball practice.

He is having a fantastic time at the Geneva Bears Football camp. He loves everything about it - especially the coaches. They are so enthusiastic as well as very knowledgeable. My son is really loving the camp!!!! He was apprehensive to go at first because he had not played football. There is no apprehension now as he comes home proudly declaring he scored a touchdown or 2. He loves it. It seems to be well organized and the coaches are fair and motivating. I've been recommending it to others and he will definitely do it again!

I have been attending the camp of a couple of hours on a daily basis. I like the tempo of the camp and I think that coaches are doing a great job of keeping the flow and keeping the kids interested for 7 hours a day. I played football myself for 16 years and coach and I can tell you that the drills and technique that the coaches are teaching are excellent.

Our town doesn't offer football for the junior high, instead they have a summer program called the McHenry Junior Worriors and he was too scared to join. It's been a great experience for him. He is one of two six year olds and absolutely loving his experience with this camp. It is very organized. The coaches are well versed and the facility is great. I love the pep talks at pick up and the fact that my son is learning the true attributes of what it means to be on a team. I was a college athlete myself and this experience for him reminds me of my college years and sports experience. Top notch.

I just want to say that that he is having a fantastic time -- he's close to the smallest kid on the field, but seems to feel like one of the big kids -- I can only assume that has to do with how the staff is integrating him into the program! He loves the drills and the games and has made a bunch of friends of all ages. So far, I'm really happy with everything and so is he -- we'll definitely do this again next year!
