THEY SAID IT......

PARENT COMMENTS ON THEIR CHILDREN'S 2007 CHICAGO BEARS YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP EXPERIENCE....

My son loves camp. He comes home very motivated and happy. I can tell you that we were worried that he wouldn't fit in because of size and skills. We sure aren't worried anymore, he truly enjoyed himself. You have a great program. Thanks for encouraging my son and making him feel welcomed.

George and Karen G of Bears Camp at Barrington

We LOVE the camp.  You guys have done such a great job with everything!!  The check in/out is very smooth, the kids love the drills and are talking about the big 'superbowl' coming up.  I hope that we will stay on your mailing list as we would like to sign up again next year.  Thank you!!

Chris W. of Bears Camp at Arlington Heights

He loved it! This camp was his first experience in football and it left a very positive impression on him. He enjoyed the Heros' visits, especially Al Harris' story. I'm sure that Al's feedback will be ever-lasting in his mind.  The coaches were great! They were an inspiration and their enthusiam made it fun. I was very impressed with the head coach. He has a special way in dealing with children in very positive and mentoring way.
Karen of Bears Camp at Barrington

The camp is very well organized.  My son is having fun.  He enjoyed meeting the Bears players and getting autographs and he is enjoying the drills and scrimmages.  I think he said his team is playing in the "Super Bowl" today.  I would recommend this camp and would consider sending him again next summer!
Claudia of Bears Camp at Barrington

He absolutely loves the Bears Football Camp. He has already asked me to sign him up next year. He loved meeting the retired players and getting their autographs. It is a great program!

Diana T. of Bears Camp at Barrington

He calls me every night to tell me how much he has learned.  He is having a wonderful time and looks forward to attending the camp everyday.  I thought that he would get a little home sick, but he hasn't mentioned coming home all week.  As a matter of fact, he is talking about coming back to Chicago next year.  His goal is to win the drawing for the autographed football helmet.  Thanks so much for all of your help. He is learning all the skills and techniques that will be needed to excel in his Football Career.  Thanks again.

Daphne R. of Bears Camp at Bolingbrook

I have 2 boys (ages 10 and 6) at the Chicago Bears Camp in Rockford, and they love it.  The camp is very well organized, and the coaches are OUTSTANDING.  They are so good with the kids.  I was a little concerned before camp about how my 6 year old would do knowing that many of the other kids are older, and have more playing experience.  The coaches have made him feel like part of the team, and so have the other kids.

They are learning a lot of great "life lessons" in addition to learning about football.  Both my boys have been talking about how to eat healthy every night at dinner, and they even turned down ice cream last night, opting for fruit instead!

Cynthia P. of Bears Camp at Rockford

Well, this is what he said yesterday and today to another parent, it's 1,000 times better than our other sports camp!  And my 10 year old said the counselors are so nice. So, there you have it, you folks are wonderful.
Astra G. of Bears Camp at Chicago

He has had a fantastic time this week.  The coaches should know that their encouragement/praise really means a lot to the kids.  He has come home so proud, one of the coaches said he was doing a great job at the skills.

Kristin S. of Bears Camp at Chicago

He is really enjoying his time at camp.  He's learning a lot and is practicing at home and improving a little each day.  He seems to get a good work out, learning new skills and learning about the game.  He also enjoys meeting the players.  This camp has been great for him and I'm glad that he's holding an interest in football.

Pete R. of Bears Camp at Westchester

He wants me to tell you that "it is better than good, greater than great, more excellent than excellent and better than all of that put together!"  Sounds great to me!

Elaine M. of Bears Camp at Chicago

It's fantastic.  I was actually just telling some co-workers of mine how great the experience has been for him. He is soaking up all the information (and making my husband play football at 6:30 in the morning when he gets up!).  He told us he had two sacks yesterday and wants to know if I am coming to the Superbowl!

Elizabeth K. of Bears Camp at Chicago

Outstanding! My son is 7, this is his first year participating and he is having a great time. The men running the camp are terrific. Thank you.

Diane T. of Bears Camp at Chicago

He is absolutely thrilled about his experience at Bears Camp.  He cannot stop talking about it or thinking about it. The combination of specific, high-level instruction and interaction with former Bears players really hits the mark for my sports-loving boy! Thank you very much to you and all the staff for making this week so great.

Debbie C. of Bears Camp at Chicago

This is his third year at Bear's Camp, but it is his first year going all day.  He is enjoying it very much!  It is a positive experience for the boys, and I love the emphasis on attitude and teamwork - that intangible, but essential, element of the game that often is overlooked by a straight skills camp.

Michelle T.  of Bears Camp at Crystal Lake

From everything I have seen and from what my son has told me, I am really impressed.  I can not say enough about this experience.  I could go on and on, but in short I will say that you guys really get it when it comes to running this camp. He has commented that he wishes the camp was longer than one week.  We feel lucky to have had this experience and look forward to participating again.  Thanks to you and your entire camp staff for a wonderful experience.

Matt K. of Bears Camp at Crystal Lake

He loves his camp!  This is his 3rd year and he still is excited to go each morning.  He is up by 7AM and immediately is dressed and ready to go by 7:15AM.  I sure wish he had the same enthusiasm with school each morning!  He loves meeting Chicago Bears players, learning new skills and playing the games at the end of camp each day.  He informed me that all of the coaches are very nice.  I also appreciate the information that the kids learn about hydration and nutrition.  This information seems to make more sense to him coming from the camp instructors than his parents!

Gail Ann B. of Bears Camp at Downers Grove

He is having a great time and learning a great deal. Aside from neighborhood games, this is Matt's first football instruction. We all believe this week will prepare him for flag football that starts in August. He loves all the autographs and the helmet contest and the scrimages. Thank you.

Colleen and Pete H. from Bears Camp at Arlington Heights

Wow, every day when he gets home he is so excited to tell me all about the stuff he has learned.  I usually get to the camp about 15 minutes before the end so I can watch a little bit & I have to say, the Instructors are WONDERFUL!  They all give the kids their full attention as well as positive feedback on everything that they do.  This is truely a wonderful camp for any kid who likes football!

Dawn M. of Bears Camp at Crystal Lake

I am unbelievably thrilled with his attitude when he gets in the car after a day at camp.  He has enjoyed each and every day that he has gone. He has his school mini football camp each night from 6-8pm as well. With the additional camp at night I expected groans in the morning for getting up 'early' and gearing up for the Bears camp- that is so not the case.  He looks forward to each day and has come home with: much health knowledge, stats on Bears players, tips for running drills, fun times with "Muscles and Pretty Boy" (2 of the camp coaches), loves Mickey Pruitt, excited about the end of the day 2 hand touch football game, he feels like he has learned a lot and had a lot of FUN.  Only knowing 1 boy who showed up for camp from his school- he feels he has fit in well and tried to make new friends.  Will keep you posted at the end of the week! Cheers to the Chicago Bears Camp!

Todd and Maureen V. of Bears Camp at Downers Grove

My son comes home everyday with a smile on his face and excited about what activities were done during the day, he's already looking forward to next year.

Mom of Bears Camp at Bolingbrook

He is having the time of his life. He is such a football junkie that he is in heaven playing six hours a day with people who have lived the game.  We are having a wonderful experience!

Betsy M. of Bears Camp at Evanston

My son is having an AMAZING week.  He comes home exhausted each afternoon and full of new tips and pointers for the game.  I wish you offered this in the Fall as an after school class, it would be great!  The program is organized and well thought out - good luck with the rest of the summer

Jill K. of Bears Camp at Chicago

What a great experience for my son, he loved it! The coaching staff were wonderful and the schedule kept them very busy.  He will be back next year!

Nancy C. of Bears Camp at Glen Ellyn

He loves Bears camp! He said he's learning some new things, and getting some new challenges and a great chance to improve the skills he all ready has. And, he's having a great time doing it.

Diane K. Bears Camp at Arlington Heights

He very much enjoyed the camp.  He learned many things and was very excited to attend each day.  He was very excited to be able to compete as well as win many award certificates.  We hope that this experience will better prepare him for his upcomiong football season.

Ken W. of Bears Camp at Orland Park

He is having a really great time at the camp.  He really enjoys the drills and instruction and REALLY enjoys meeting the players and getting autographs and hearing stories about life with the Bears.  The drills and instruction will help him when the next football season starts.  He is having a truly wonderful experience.
Ben B. of Bears Camp at Glen Ellyn

He is having a great experience at your camp.  He was a little hesitant at the beginning of the first day because he did not know anyone, but the structure of your camp allows all the kids to work together as a team.  I was very impressed with the staff at this camp.  They seem to enjoy it as much as the kids.  The knowledge and enthusiasm the staff shares with the kids is great.  His favorite, of course, was meeting the former Bears players.  I am glad I signed him up for this camp and will definitely refer others to the camp next year. Thank you!

Carol E. of Bears Camp at Glenview

He had a blast at camp again this here.  We were there last year and we plan to go back again next year.  We live in Indianapolis and stay up there the whole week.  I can really see an improvement in his football abilities after attending the camps.

John V. of Bears Camp at Lake Forest

He is having a GREAT week! The camp seems very organized and he is enjoying meeting former Bears players. This has been a super experience so far and I know he'll want to sign up again next year.

Debbie M. of Bears Camp at Evanston

He has been very excited and telling anyone who will listen about what the camp has been like.  He can't wait to go in the morning and is exhausted, but still excited and happy when I pick him up. I am very happy with the coaching staff.  They instill discipline and respect in everything they do.  As an educator, I am thrilled to see these principles integrated on the field.

Nicole B. of Bears Camp at Westchester

He thoroughly enjoyed the week of Bears camp in Glenview. He was always so excited to share with us his day when we picked him up, and we thought it was very well organized.

He'll be back again next year!

Kristin D. of Bears Camp at Glenview

He is absolutely LOVING IT! The group is great and he's made a lot of friends. I specifically went out of our immediate area so him could make new friends! I'm sure he'll do this camp again! We cannot be happier with camp. All that we have ever wanted is for our child to feel good about what he or she is doing as a member of a team.  We feel as a family that being a part of a sports team helps to encourage and enhance a child's individual importance in a group, their self esteem, how to work with a group to achieve a goal, and how to get along and work with a wide range of individuals.  Thank you again for providing a fun environment for our son to play and learn about the game of football.

Patrick F. of Bears Camp at Evanston

He is having a fabulous time and learning not only football, but healthy options and good sportsmanship.  He admires the men, especially Mickey.   Thank you again for giving him this opportunity.

Jamie S. of Bears Camp at Downers Grove

He's having a great time!!  This is his second summer doing the Bears Football Camp.  He's a big football fan and an even bigger Bears fan!  I'm happy to see him come home exhausted AND happy because that's the sign that he had a great day.

Dora M. of Bears Camp at Glenview

He has been having a blast! He came hope yesterday very excited because he got his t-shirt, short and water bottle signed.  I was very please to hear that he learned about nutrition and health yesterday also.

Becky C. of Bears Camp at Elmhurst

He is taking in the entire experience.  He is thrilled with the coaches.  He loves the drills, skills, games and the former Bears players make his day. Thank you for providing the experience we were expecting for our son.  He has already said he is signing up again next year.  Not a bad compliment from an 8 year old.

Karen J. of Bears Camp at Libertyville

You have made one young boy very happy! He loves learning the game of football and is having lots of fun at camp.  He can't wait to get there each day.  Too bad it's only for one week!

Lauren C. of Bears Camp at Lincolnshire

My son thoroughly enjoyed the football camp.  For a seven-year old still learning the basics of the game it was both educational and entertaining.  You can be sure that you will see him in years to come.  Great job.

John H. of Bears Camp at Barrington

They both have thoroughly enjoyed the camp.  They are learning so much about football, commitment, sportsmanship, and so much more.  They are eager to return next year.

Lisa Kane of Bears Camp at Libertyville

He had an absolutely fantastic experience at your camp.  He was very sad when it was over and he definitely wants to do it again next summer!  Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

Suzy M. of Bears Camp at Winnetka

Just a little note to tell you how pleased my wife and I are of the Bears Camp. Our son said that it was the best time he's had all summer and that he would definitely like to attend again next year. The coaches interacted very well with the kids and it seemed like most if not all of the kids walked away with a better understanding of the game, I know my son did. Once again kudos to your staff and we will be looking forward to next summer.

Rich B. of Bears Camp at Mokena

A million thanks to you and your team! We can't tell you how much we appreciate our son being able to participate in the Bears camp this year. He had a wonderful time.

Marci C. of Bears Camp at Northfield

My son is having the time of his life.  He has learned so much and is inspired to do the best he can.  He likes the coaches a lot and is thrilled to meet the players.  I think you guys have set up a great balance of indoor and outdoor activity and it keeps the kids hydrated and rested.

Lynn I. of Bears Camp at Libertyville

My son, who is 13 years old, is really enjoying the camp.  He thinks it is one of the best sports camps he has ever been to. He never hesitates to get up early in the morning to go to the camp because of our 40 minute drive.  He is always excited about the day's experiences.  I think he is building much self-confidence for the sport and plans to play 8th grade football.  So, thanks for putting together a super camp for him!

Lori Z. of Bears Camp at Mokena

He is having a great time at the Chicago Bears Football Camp.  The camp directors are doing a great job and the guest appearances are a big hit as well.

Denise R. of Bears Camp at Northfield

It went great!  He loved it, THANK YOU SO MUCH.  It was his first football camp experience and I was so happy that it was a positive one.  He was thrilled to pieces.  That's all he's been telling everybody. He had a bit of a rough school year so I was delighted that something really awesome happened to him. I have to tell you that he was so sad the last day of camp.  I want to thank all the adults involved with the Bears Camp.  They did a wonderful job! This truly was a meaningful opportunity for him and I have all of you to thank. See you next year.

Monica H. of Bears Camp at Lake Forest

My son is LOVING camp.  He does not stop talking about how much he is learning and how tired he is.  He is excited for his upcoming football season with the Arlington Cowboys and can not wait to put into motion what he has learned. Thank you for this opportunity of a life time for my son.

Beth S. of Bears Camp at Arlington Heights

My son thinks it is awesome, especially the afternoon scrimmages.  My other son, who is truly hard to please, says he is having a blast. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone whose child plays or is interested in playing youth football.

Barbara W. of Bears Camp at Orland Park

He is having a great time at camp this week. He has enjoyed meeting the Bears "Heroes" and getting their autograph. He loves football so all of the drills and scrimmages and competitions are right up his alley! He has commented on how nice all of the leaders are. It has been very organized and everyone I have been in contact with has been very helpful.

Sandy F. of Bears Camp at Naperville

It is a wonderful program. My son is truly enjoying every aspect of camp. Robin, the coordinator has incredible charisma and is a very motivational man. It was a wonderful choice for my son.

Nancy B. of Bears Camp at Lake Forest

My 8 year old son has really enjoyed the Bears football camp, especially the scrimmages and player visits.  From a parent's perspective, I think the camp was very professionally organized and managed.  It was a delight.

Christine F. of Bears Camp at Wheaton

From the minute we pulled up at Bears Camp, we could tell this was a class operation. The location was signed well so we knew exactly where to go. Coach Gallmeier greeted us and pointed us to the sign in area. We were again greeted and given our shirt and told what to do, where to go, etc. As soon as they headed out to the field, the boys were training. The coaches acknowledged each kid. The encouragement, the training, the nutrition, the meet and greets- everything was done extremely well. This was our son's first football experience and his love of the game after the week at Bears Camp is tremendous.

This experience was well worth every penny. We look forward to sending both our sons ( little one will be 6 next year) to this camp next year.

Daniel L. of Bears Camp at Orland Park

He says he's really enjoying it.  He says he especially likes the stations and the scrimmages at the end of the day. He is very tired at the end of the day, but he looks forward to going back every morning.  I think he would definetly do the camp again next year.

Jeanna of Bears Camp at Downers Grove

He just asked yesterday if he could please come back to the camp again.  He said that he is having a great time and wishes the camp was longer.  This is a great plus for him because he has watched and imitated his brother for years in football.  The fact that he wants to come back and gives me a play by play of his day with lots of excitement in his voice is absolutely fantastic!

Sharon M. of Bears Camp at Bolingbrook

He is having a great time at the Bears Camp this week!  He said it's the best week of his summer.  He is already talking about coming back next year.  Thanks for running a great program for the kids.

Janet B. of Bears Camp at Naperville

He is having a great time.  This is his first sports camp and he is really enjoying every minute of it.  Everyone there has been very encouraging and helpful.  I know this will be an experience that he will remember for the rest of his life.

Lorrie G. of Bears Camp at Arlington Heights

He is absolutley loving camp! He tells me everyday what he learns and how fun it is. The coaches have been wonderful, he knows where all of them have played or are playing. So far he has got to work with Ron Cox and that is something I don't think he will ever forget! I know he is excited for tomorow they get to meet Alan Ellis and Jim Morrissey. I am definately glad he got this experience, it has been wonderful and I hope we can do it next year! Thanks for putting together such a great program for kids.

Amy B. of Bears Camp at Rockford

He is having a blast!  This is his 3rd year attending the Bears Youth Camp in Elmhurst and he really enjoys it.  The Coach's are all world-class, teaching not only football skills but life skills as well.  It is a great opportunity for him to participate.

Michelle C. of Bears Camp at Elmhurst

Our experience with Football camp has been great.  Each day when I pick him up he is tired but very excited about his day.  He has learned a lot and I'm glad we chose this camp.  I'm sure he wants to do it again next year.

Nancy Z. of Bears Camp at Northfield

The experience for him has been very positive. He is learning sound football and life skills. The coaching staff has been exceptional and the Bears legends have added a lot to the experience.

He can not stop talking about what he has done during the day each evening which is a tribute to the coaching staff and the program.

Jerry D. of Bears Camp at Wheaton

He is having a wonderful time.  He is so proud when he comes home every day!  I worried that he would get bored and not want to go back, but whatever they are doing, he loves it and can't wait to go!  Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

Paige M. of Bears Camp at Glen Ellyn

I can not begin to tell you how much both of my sons enjoyed the Chicago Bears Camp.  It was a great experience for them and they have a new respect for the game of football! And it also reinforced the importance of good sportsmanship. I apprecieated how well organized everything was. They'll be back next year!
Susan B. of Bears Camp at Barrington

This is his second year.  He has had the most wonderful time.  The coaches are great.  He has learned so much.  He really enjoys the camp.  I like that it is just a few blocks from my house!

Debbie V. of Bears Camp at Mokena

He is LOVING it! He tells us he is enjoying the drills and all the different games he is playing. He really loves meeting the heroes from the Bears. Thank you so much for showing my son such a wonderful experience, I'm also enjoying seeing him so happy.

Gladys M. of Bears Camp at Schaumburg

My son loves Bears Camp!  This will be his first year playing organized football in Schaumburg.  This camp was the perfect way for him to get ready for the season coming up.

Bill B. of Bears Camp at Schaumburg

It has been very well organized. The staff has been wonderful with the boys - very encouraging and warm.  Specific skills have been introduced and practiced in a great environment.  Thank you so much for having a camp in Rockford this year.  I hope you plan to do it again next year!

This is my son's first football experience and he LOVES it! He has already talked about doing it again next year! It is a very well run camp.  He is learning a lot.

Geri T. of Bears Camp at Lincolnshire

He's having a great time.  I've been able to observe on several occasions over the course of the week.  The program is very balanced and Kevin is a terrific director.  His approach is positive and provides good balance on multiple levels. He's learned a lot and had fun all week.

John W. of Bears Camp at Wheaton

He is having another great camp with the Bears!  Coach Scott runs a tremendous camp and even though there are more campers this year, the level of learning and fun continues to amaze me! He really feels that he has gained a great amount of knowledge.

Christin U. of Bears Camp at Winnetka

He absolutely loves it.  He said he's made so many new friends this week.  He has the biggest smile on his face when he's picked up. Thanks for putting together such a wonderful camp.

Carolyn of Bears Camp at Winnetka

Ron B. of Bears Camp at Elmhurst

He loves football camp! When I pick him up each day, heŭs so excited to tell me the details of the Ultimate Football Game. Yesterday, he scored a touchdown in the game. This is the first time heŭs ever scored in a competitive situation! Weŭre thrilled for him!

Excellent program you have! So professional, organized and well staffed!

Nicole D. of Bears Camp at Schaumburg

This camp is very well organized!  He is having a blast. He enjoyed meeting the Bears players and getting autographs and he is enjoying the drills and scrimmages.  I would recommend this camp and will send him again next summer!

Claudia C. of Bears Camp at Barrington

Our son had a great experience attending the Bears camp.  He seemed to not only learn more about football, but about nutrition, good sportsmanship, and other important subjects surrounding sports.  My wife and I thought that was really good.  He also liked meeting the Bears players as role models.  In addition, he seemed to learn many fundamentals about football that will make him a more knowledgeable player this fall. We are looking forward to seeing him apply what heŭs learned at the Bears camp.

David D. of Bears Camp at Naperville

PARENT COMMENTS ON THEIR CHILDREN'S 2006 CHICAGO BEARS YOUTH FOOTBALL CAMP EXPERIENCE....

He is having a great time!  I know I'm sounding like all those testimonials posted on your website, but the fact is each day when my wife goes to pick him up, he's smiling ear to ear. He never talks too much about the details of what they do or what he liked, but today he made an exception.  There was a red zone drill, where each player had to act as quarterback, pump fake, sprint to one side and then dive through some coaches holding pads to get a touchdown.  Anyway, he just loved it. Frankly, I wish I could watch and learn, myself, so that I know what they're teaching him. Your coaches and heroes are very good with the kids.

Mike H. (parent of a Lincolnshire Camper)

He loves the camp. He has already inquired about attending next year. We are very impressed by how organized it is and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. It has been a great experience for him. Thanks for all of your efforts.

Rich R. (parent of a Northfield Camper)

He has had an excellent experience. He really enjoys football. What this camp has done so far is give him so confidence regarding his skills. He came into the camp not knowing the other boys and he says everyone is nice and he is getting along well.  The day is full, he is getting a great work-out and having fun.  In addition, he commented how much he enjoyed listening to the Bear's heroes. He respects and looks up to them.

Steve B. (parent of a Burr Ridge Camper)

He loves it!  Every day he comes home so excited and telling me all the great plays he made! He is very tired by the end of the day! He is having a blast with all the cool coaches and he has made some new friends too! Thanks for making this a great experience for him.

Caroline F. (parent of an Elmhurst Camper)

He called me at work after he got home from the first day of campand he was so excited and upbeat it was amazing.  I thought I would get a call from an exhausted kid because of the extreme temperature but he was so pumped up and happy it made me feel as great as he did.  One of the first things he said was that he wants to go back next year. Each night he tells us everything he has learned and demonstrates his new skills and moves.  Also, I like that the camp explained about nutrition and getting enough of the right fluids.  These are things we always stress at home but for some reason coming from the Bears camp it holds more weight than just mom and dads words. Thank you for providing a memorable summer experience for our son.

Ayuko H. (parent of a Glenview Camper)

He absolutely LOVES it! He comes home excited about it every day. He loves the coaches. With his regular season with the Arlington Cowboys coming up soon, I know he's excited to use the skills he has been working on. Thank you again!  We really appreciate everyone who takes the time to put this together...it's a great program.
Katherine A. (parent of an Arlington Heights Camper)

He loves Bears camp!  He relates what he's learned every day to me. I now know how to protect a football so as not to have it stripped! I think you've done a great job of breaking down the days into smaller segments to hold the kids' attention. He has learned a great deal about techniques, positions, and of course, the Bears team.  The heroes are a big hit, as well.
Thanks for a job well done!
Maria L. (parent of a Libertyville Camper)

He is absolutely loving his Bears camp experience. We are so glad he's having such a good time and getting to chance to learn new skills and meet good people. We couldn't be more pleased! Thanks!
Terri F. (parent of a Lake Forest Camper)

He is having a great time at camp this week!  He loves it and is planning on doing it again next summer. The coaches are excellent. They give a lot of one on one attention to the kids. The variety of activities is perfect, and he looks forward to going every day. His grandpa is a huge, life-long Bears fan and has enjoyed going to watch the kids work.
Jennifer P. (parent of a Rockford Camper)

He is loving camp.  The coaches have been wonderful with him.  All the pros have been very nice and have signed his football. For sure we will be doing this again next summer!
Jennifer B. (parent of a Barrington Camper)

He had a blast at the camp! He absolutely loved it and I would highly recommend it to any parent with a child interested in sports in general, not just a child into football. Although he has enjoyed watching football games on television during the pro season and playing flag football with a local group, this hands-on participation has taught him more about the game, the positions, the tactics and strategy of the game. This has been a wonderful experience for him.
Terri R. (parent of a Chicago Camper)

He is LOVING the camp! The first thing he said when I picked him up on Monday was, "I have to sign up for this camp again next year"! He loves the activity, the drills, the coaches, everything!
Gayle M. (parent of a Glen Ellyn Camper)

He is once again having a great time. He loves the camp and only has great things to say about his day. Thanks for making it an exciting and memorable experience.
Mary V. (parent of a Wilmette Camper)

He thinks the camp is "awesome".  It is the highlight of his summer! I am so glad that he is there! He has already determined that he wants to be a wide receiver or a kicker!
Laura P. (parent of a Crystal Lake Camper)

First, the coaches that are working with the kids are fantastic. The attitude of each coach is very upbeat, inspirational and dedicated.  The lessons that they are teaching has brought on a new confidence to our son.  He looks forward to each morning with eagerness.  The importance of hydration and nutrition were never stressed enough through his 3 1/2 years of football playing and with the help of this program, he is more conscious of these facts. We hope that this program is brought back to the area each year and we have passed on good reviews to many neighbors, friends and family members.
James M. (parent of a Mokena Camper)

Our son is having a wonderful time.  I have never seen him so happy to be at camp.  The coaches are wonderful. Our other son is also attending a having a great time. He is learning a lot and meeting new friends. He did brag that he got to try on a Superbowl ring! Thank you for a great camp.
Ray H. (parent of a Naperville Camper)

I have to tell you that he can't get enough of it. He absolutely loves it. He said he wants to go to it every year and maybe for two sessions a year. He also said he loves the coaches and hopes he gets them again.  He loves the visits with the surprise pro players. We were so happy to find out about your camp. I am also extremely happy that my son just can't get enough of it. I look forward to 3:30 every day when he gets home and tells me all about the day he had.
Nancy M. (parent of a Schaumburg Camper)

This was his first football camp.  He thought it was the best thing he had done all summer. He was tired, but couldn't stop talking about all the things he learned.  He wished it lasted more than a week.  He wants to complete the camp next year as well.  Thanks for providing a challenging learning enviornment.  I would recommend this camp as a great expereince for kids interested in learning about technique, sportsmanship, leadership, and passion.

Robbie O. (parent of Burr Ridge Camper)

Things went great and he loved his week in camp!

Sky (parent of Naperville Camper)

He had a great time at the Chicago Bears Youth Football Camp.  This was his first year attending. He has played flag football for two years and will start tackle this year.  I think he has gained a lot of confidence in himself from the coaches at the camp.  I know he will want to attend next year. Thanks again to all the coaches!!  They did a wonderful job!

Melissa (parent of Mokena Camper)

He had such a great experience at your camp. He told us how nice the coaches were and how they taught him different plays. Meeting the ex-Chicago Bears players was also a huge highlight for him. He has a special love for this game and we want him to continue to grow and learn. I also have to tell you how thrilled he is about being chosen for the Leadership award. Thank you for everything and please let me know if your camp will be at Poe School next year.

Gina (parent of Arlington Heights Camper)

He has had a wonderful experience at the Bears Football camp.  I am so pleased with his reaction considering he has always said he did not like playing football and never made an attempt to play with his friends.  He seems to have learned allot and actually said that he likes football now.  I will definitely be signing him and his older brother up for next years camp.  Thank you and thanks to all the coaches!!!

He is one happy camper! He's having a great time - in fact my daughter wondered if she could go next year.

Judith (parent of Evanston Camper)

He is having an awesome experience at this football camp.  He can't stop talking about "Coach Taylor".  My husband and I are very happy we decided to sign him up for this camp.  I'm sure he will be a repeat next year.  When he gets home he has to immediately show his Dad what he learned that day.  I know this experience will stick with him when football practice starts with the Palos Lightening on July 31st.

Eloise H.  (parent of Mokena Camper)

He is loving the camp!  He comes home everyday with a positive attitude and has alot to talk about.  He is learning about football and having a great time doing so!  This has really been a good time for him!

Christine B. (parent of Naperville Camper)

He has really enjoyed the camp and is becoming more confident in his skills.  Being a larger child, on his team he never really gets to do the things like going out for passes or covering downfield so he is really having fun.  Thank you.

Dave G. (parent of Schaumburg camper)

He is having an awesome time thus far.  He is very excited to go each day and has really enjoyed his time.  It certainly sounds like you have assembled some great coaches to help run the camp. He has had nothing but good things to say.

Marty D. (parent of Wheaton Camper)

I'll keep it simple: he loves it!!  Everyday he comes home and calls me at work to tell me what they did.  He's reading the program book and reciting all the player info and states to me.

Jon R. (parent of Schaumburg camper)

He is truly enjoying it. Thank you.

Jeanette S. (parent of Naperville Camper)

He loves it! He is having a great time and tells me that he is learning a lot. He starts his 2nd football season for his school next month and can't wait to play. He has already mentioned coming back next year!

Kim O. (parent of Wilmette Camper)

He said he really likes it.

Carol (parent of Evanston Camper)

He loves it.  We went out and bought an autograph ball for the speakers to sign.  They've signed his T-shirt, book and his football.  His training and conditioning have been going great.  It seems like the coaches help to find the appropriate position for each player- which I love.  I'm hoping that it gives him some leverage with his coaches this fall season to get the position he wants, which is tight end.  I think they've accurately matched his strengths with the position.  All is well.  Looking forward to the last couple of days.

Elizabeth (parent of Wilmette Camper)

He has been having a blast.  He really enjoys the drills and meeting new buddies. He was excited that one of the Bears Heroes was a Notre Dame alum since that is his dream college.  So far, he is very pleases and so am I.

Ken (parent of Schaumburg camper)

Both of our boys are at the camp. As of today they are completely enjoying the camp and they tells us that they are learning a lot about football. So far so good!

Tom S. (parent of Arlington Heights Camper)

His experience at camp was terrific.  Initially, he was apprehensive about attending by himself (he didn't know any of the attendees ahead of time -- we gave this experience to him for a surprise b-day gift on 7/14); however, he was pumped about it after the first day. He earned the Leadership Award for his group, and we are looking forward to attending Family Night this Wednesday at Soldier Field.  In addition to everything he learned at camp to help him be a better player, this award was a real boost for him -- one that he really needed!  (Also, he absolutely loved the chance to meet and listen to the former Bears players speak about the game, their experiences and advice -- Very Cool!)

Bonnie H.  (parent of Arlington Heights Camper)

Hi... he really likes it. The past two days he has really enjoyed it and has learned a lot.  Keep up the good work.

Mary-Kay J. (parent of Libertyville Camper)

He has loved the camp.  He comes home and tells us about what they did.  They have been emphasizing him as a linebacker.  I told him it was great that a 6 year old can get two sacks on his first day.  I would say that, overall, he's having a wonderful experience.

Joel H. (parent of Wilmette Camper)

I must say it was much better than what we would have expected. He was extremely excited and very enthuisatic about the week long camp. I am very happy about all of the areas that were covered. He came home each day like an he was a football encyclopedia telling us about being hydrated, eating better foods, stretching and excercising and he learned alot about the Bears and some of the players. Overall we were extremely pleased with the camp and will plan to sign him up for next summer's session.

Janet H. (parent of Arlington Heights Camper)

He is once again having a great time. He loves the camp and only has great things to say about his day. Thanks for making it an exciting and memorable experience.

Mary (parent of Wilmette Camper)

Maria (parent of a Lincolnshire Camper)

He absolutely LOVES it!!  He comes home excited about it every day.  He loves the coaches, and everything.  In fact, he enjoys it so much, the weather this hasn't bothered him one bit (I think he's a little crazy, but I guess it's good he doesn't care...he loves the sport!).  With his regular season with the Arlington Cowboys coming up soon, I know he's excited to use the skills he has been working on. Thank you again!  We really appreciate everyone who takes the time to put this together...it's a great program!!

Katherine (parent of Arlington Heights Camper)

He is having a great time at football camp. He was very nervous going initially but has had a blast everyday. He especially likes the fact that a real football player signs his shirt everyday.

Marybeth K. (parent of Wilmette Camper)

Elaine (parent of Burr Ridge Camper)

So far so good.  He tells me new things each day.  Whether it is about how many fat grams are in a hot dog or scrimaging the older kids and winning, he seems to enjoy all of it.

Eileen N. (parent of Downers Grove Camper)

He has been having a great time this week.  He has commented at how helpful and fun the coaches are and that he is learning a lot as well.

Laura M. (parent of Naperville Camper)

He has had an excellent experience. He really enjoys football. What this camp has done so far is give him so confidence regarding his skills. He came into the camp not knowing the other boys and he says everyone is nice and he is getting along well.  The day is full, he is getting a great work-out and having fun.  In addition, he commented how much he enjoyed listening to the Bear's heros. He respects and looks up to them.

Our son is 8 years old and has never played football (except at recess) until this camp.  I was telling the head coach how he is making drill courses when he comes home and doing the drills.  He is really enjoying himself.  I am glad that we choose such a great camp to introduce him to football.

Sally A. (parent of Burr Ridge Camper)
