NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Contest is offered only in the United States to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older, as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc. (the "Bears"), Pro Sports Experience, LLC (the ıSponsorı), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half sister, grandson or granddaughter, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Contest Period
Contest period begins on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 5:00:00 p.m. (CST), and ends on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (CST) (the "Contest Period"). There will be one (1) selected winner at the end of the Contest Period.
3. How to Enter
To enter the contest email Natalie@ProSportsExperience.com your best football action photo (the ıPhotographı) and include your name, address, email address, and daytime telephone number with area code. The Photograph must have been taken within the last 6 months during a youth football, flag, tackle or pick up football game played in Illinois. Email attachments must be no larger than 500 kilobytes. Email entries are the only method for submission. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS). If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Contest and all other entries will be disregarded. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the Contest will be deemed to be the entrant. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Submitted photos must by owned by entrant. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the Website via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Any fraudulent activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Contest without notice if, in the Sponsorıs sole discretion, the Contest becomes infected or otherwise corrupted.
4. Prize/Odds
In accordance with these Official Rules, one (1) winner (the ıWinnerı) will be awarded the following prize: One Camp Registration Placement to any of the Chicago Bears Youth Football Camps operating during June or July, 2010 (based upon availability) (hereafter referred to as the ıPrizeı). Approximate retail value of the Prize is $385. Travel and any other costs associated with the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Taxes on or connected with the prize and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole and exclusive responsibility of winner.
5. Selection of Winner
The Winner will be selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by email or phone in February, 2010. Unavailability of a Winner to be reached after a reasonable (as determined solely by Sponsor) effort has been made may constitute forfeiture of being a Winner, at Sponsorıs sole discretion, and a new Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or a Publicity Release within 5 days of notification. Failure to return documents timely may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected. By participating in the Contest, the entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor, the Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc., the National Football League and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such entrantıs name, photograph, quotations, likeness, and home town, in any and all media including but not limited to for the purposes of advertising and promoting youth football camps. Contestant agrees that they shall not be entitled to any compensation for such use.
6. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sponsor, the Bears, the National Football League, as well as each respective parties owners, employees, agents, attorneys, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively ıReleased Partiesı) and of for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions, causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description (collective, ıClaimsı), known and unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Contest; these Official Rules; entrantıs entry; the negligence of the Released Parties; the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; and any participation in the Contest. In addition, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Release Parties are not responsible for any costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with: (i) incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to any cause, including without limitation, human, transmission, or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions of any kind, whether originating with sender or otherwise, that may limit an entrantıs ability to participate in the Contest; or (ii) any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Contest and/or the use or misuse of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to or based on the entrantıs rights of publicity or privacy, or the entrantıs claim that he or she has somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light.)
By submitting an Entry, Entrant represents and warrants that he or she owns and/or has the authority to release the Claims stated herein. Further, by submitting an Entry or accepting any prize, all Entrants and Prize Winners expressly agree to at all times defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Released Parties from and against all Claims of any kind or nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneysı fees and disbursements) arising out of or in any way related to the Contest; these Official Rules; entrantıs entry; the negligence of the Released Parties; the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; and any participation in the Contest. Each person submitting an entry on behalf of an individual under eighteen (18) years of age represents and warrants that they have the authority to agree to all terms and conditions of these Official Rules on behalf of such individual and, by submitting an entry, agrees to at all times defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims of any kind or nature whatsoever including reasonable attorneysı fees and disbursements) arising out of or in any way related to the Contest.
7. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants or Sponsor in connection with the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other stateıs laws.
8. Invalidity/Headings
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.
9. Winners List
For name of the Winner send a self-addressed stamped envelope by February 28, 2010 to: Pro Sports Experience, c/o Get Best Shot Football Photos, 213 North Morgan, Chicago, IL, 60607. The name of the Winner will also be posted on www.bearscamps.com.
