Pro Sports Experience is the official management company of the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Camps.

With professional coaches and team heroes, we provide, safe non-contact football instruction for kids 6 to 14 years old.

We make the camps more accessible by bringing these top quality programs to your community.

For newcomers, we build confidence, skills and appreciation for the game.

We deliver community based, week-long camps that are accessible and high quality.

Sports Illustrated for Kids named Chicago Bears Youth Football Camps the top youth summer camp operation in Illinois.

In 2012, Pro Sports Experience operated 78 week-long day camps featuring over 5,000 participants in six different states.

Pro Sports Experience is the official management company for the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles Youth Summer Camps.

In September of 2002, Pro Sports Experience began publishing Illinois Ice - the official publication of the Amateur Hockey Association of Illinois and its 50,000 members.

Executive Director

Tom Finks, the Executive Director and owner, spent nine years with the Chicago Blackhawks in a marketing and public relations capacity. He was Director of Special Events, Game Operations and Blackhawks Charities before being named Assistant to the General Manager.

Finks joined Sportsplex Management Group, a youth sports facility management company located in Burr Ridge.

In April of 2000, Finks founded Pro Sports Experience.

In January of 2009, Tom Finks was elected to the Illinois Hockey Hall of Fame in the player category.

In 2010, Finks was named “Honorary Chairman” of the American Lung Association’s Christmas Seals Campaign.  The nomination honored Finks’s father Jim who died of lung cancer.

Tom Finks is the son of former Chicago Bears, Minnesota Viking and New Orleans Saints Executive Jim Finks. This father-son connection was highlighted on the Chicago Bears.com website.
